Within 14 days of receipt, we’ll gladly refund the merchandise value less shipping charges for any non-personalized physical good that you’d like to return. We cannot accept returns on personalized or special-order items including custom colors or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot accept returns of digital goods including party printables and digital paper.
How to return an item
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us with the following information to request a return:
- Your first and last name
- Order date
- A brief description of why you’d like to return it
- Your preference for a replacement or a refund
Original shipping charges will not be refunded except in the case of damaged or flawed items. Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged or flawed.
USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for First Class or Priority mail packages. In order to use this service, which keeps shipping rates low, Corina cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please be sure you are ordering your items well in advance. We recommend at least 2 weeks for U.S. orders.
The refund will be applied to your original purchase method once the return has been received and inspected by Corina.
